Our event hotel is the Comfort Suites Hotel on Warrenton Road. Once you register for the ensemble, we will provide you with a link to make your hotel reservations. Block rates are available at the hotel and include all transportation for the event.
Fredericksburg, VA is easily accessible by AMTRAK. Daily trains from the, North, South and West arrive directly in Fredericksburg Transporation to and from the train station will be provided. Please check train schedules to verify availability.
Washington Reagan airport and Richmond International airport both serve the Fredericksburg area. Transportation to and from the airport is provided for Ensemble members who stay at the Conference hotel. Please check airline websites for flight availability.
