Event FAQ's

Registration is $285. For attendees staying at the resort hotel, this fee includes, airport transportation, all transportation throughout the Disney complex, Snack supper on Thursday night, Lunch, Dinner and Reception on Friday, Snack supper on Saturday night, Brunch on Sunday, Admission to Epcot on Performance Day, all rehearsals, performances, concert attire and event t-shirt.

All music is level 3 or higher. You will receive a special discounted price on the music selections and be expected to arrive having prepared your part.

Thursday night rehearsal 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM; Friday 9 am – 9 pm; Saturday 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm, Sunday 1 PM – 3 PM. Performance at 4 PM ALL rehearsals are mandatory.

Space is limited to 45 ringers.

We have a 7 octave set, a 6 octave set, and a 5 octave set of bells for the ensemble. You will be able to request a position once your application has been reviewed and you complete your registration. Positions are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Contact us with the form below. We will send you an application. NHHE alumni do NOT need to reapply. They may go ahead and register. New ringers will need the recommendation of their director to be accepted into the ensemble. NOTE: Your registration is NOT complete until you have completed the registration form AND paid the Ringer/Performer fee. We will send you the payment link once your application has been accepted. We cannot hold a space for you until you have paid the registration fee. Space is extremely limited.

Yes. The Resort and Epcot have set aside all the space we need to allow us to adhere to whatever guidelines are in place at the time of the performance. Currently, 6 feet of social distance, masks and 35% capacity. These guidelines may change as the event nears, but we will follow whatever stipulations are in place.

All rehearsals are mandatory. If you are flying, you will need to arrive in Orlando no later than 1 pm on Thursday to ensure you are on time for rehearsal.

Our host hotel is the Coronado Springs Hotel and Resort on Walt Disney World property. We have negotiated deeply discounted room rates and discounted park tickets (should you choose to add additional theme park time to your trip.) We will send you the link to make hotel reservations once you have paid your Ringer/Performer fee.

Only Resort Guests receive complimentary transportation You will need to purchase transportation tickets through us for the performance. You may make your own arrangements for transportation to and from rehearsals.

Members of our staff are staying at the event hotel and are available should you need assistance. Please note: Walt Disney World requires that an adult (age 18+) be accountable for each room. If you are coming without a parent or adult, please contact us immediately so we can add you to our rooming list. This service is only available at the Coronado Springs hotel and rooms must be paid in advance.

No. Everything is provided for you. You will have to supply your own copy of the music and gloves if you wear them. Black please.

We will provide you with the performance shirt. You will need black pants or a black skirt. Performance attire is semi-casual.
